Return must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order

Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags & packaging

10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns

Return shipping method and fee are covered by the customer (unless defective)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection

If you received a damaged or defective item:

We’ll cover return shipping (only the shipping options listed below) and offer full refund or exchange

US customers must use USPS Ground or UPS Ground. We don't cover other options

Canada customers must use Canada Post Regular only

UK customers must use Royal Mail Tracked 48

International customers must use the cheapest tracked courier option and submit receipt for shipping refund

Delays, fees or losses at customs in the destination country

Packages delivered to the wrong address if the shipping label was correct

If a chargeback is submitted under these circumstances, we will dispute it with reference to this policy
