Read this carefully to understand our return/refund policy.
Overview of exchange/return/refund policy:
- This return policy applies to ready-to-wear machine-embroidered pieces only. We don't offer return/refund/exchange for a) hand-embroidered, custom pieces or machine-embroidered traditional Malaka thobes.
- Clearance sale items are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Sale is final.
- For custom hand embroidery requirements, please book a consultation call BEFORE placing an order (if in doubt) to take accurate measurements and note down any special requests. That way we avoid any confusion or risks affecting the order delivery.
- Deerah isn't responsible for lost or delayed packages at destination country customs. If courier loses the package, package is delayed/lost at customs, or it's delivered to a wrong address, BUT the address on the shipping label provided by Deerah was correct, Deerah isn't at fault. If a chargeback is submitted by the client, we will dispute it using this policy.
- Unless defective, Deerah does NOT cover return shipping fees. Refunds are issued for the full amount paid on the website only.
- Returns are accepted only up to 3 days after receiving the package.
- Customer pays for return shipping using carrier of their choice.
- 10% restocking fee is deducted from total refund amount, to cover Deerah handling & storing expenses.
Returns and Exchanges (IMPORTANT)
Return shipping costs are not covered by Deerah, including returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or product concerns. You’re welcome to use the carrier and service level of your choice.
If you are in doubt about sizing please contact us ahead of time to help match your measurements to the correct size.
You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please check your item closely once you receive it.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Otherwise, the return request will be rejected.
Defective Items:
We do our best to pack orders in sturdy packaging. However, in the unlikely case of damage/loss due to customs or shipping carriers, we cannot refund or return the item but will help in opening a ticket with the responsible parties if possible.
You have the choice of returning with full refund or exchanging defective items. Please contact us for help.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately so we can help you return the item and refund any amount paid through the website.

Refund Notification:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is in its original state, the refund will be approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
